Download the legal documents in PDF format, fill out the information requested in them and send them to escrowservice@trimonium.mx along with a copy of your official ID and an Address Proof.
Once you have completed and sent the forms, you will receive the contract within 24 hours for your review and acceptance.
Once the contract is accepted, you will receive the information to make the bank transfer corresponding to the initial Escrow.
You will receive confirmation of the Transfer that will remain in Escrow under our protection. You will also receive the Transfer Instruction Letter in case the operation is successfully formalized.
Once the real estate or commercial operation is formalized, you will send us the Letter of Instruction signed by both parties with the information for the transfer of funds; which will be transferred in a maximum period of 24 hours. (Restrictions apply: Working days and hours established for national and international bank transfers).
